It's Soccer Time!

Well, technically Nolan has taken soccer for the last couple of years, but this was our first season to be a part of a team!  And to make things even more hilarious, Anthony and I are his COACHES!  The sports league needed parents to coach, and we figured this was the last year we could get away with "coaching" before the kids realized we had no clue what we were doing, so we went for it.


Nolan is thrilled to be playing with "real" cleats, shin guards and all that jazz.  I was afraid we weren't going to be able to find cleats in his size, but I found this pair on Amazon and they were perfect.  More photos to come, but we let him try out his new cleats and socks the night they came in, and he was a hoot.

The socks are awesome since the shin guards slide into a separate lining of the sock, so it's two pieces.  They are the perfect length for his legs so hopefully we can use them next year too (When I am not a coach - ha).
