Last night (October 3rd), we celebrated our FOUR year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it has been four years. I remember our wedding day like it happened just months ago; it was so perfect and I am still amazed at how special it was. Now, four years later, we are about to welcome our first child into this world - oh how things have changed!
It's very true what they say about how having a child makes you love your spouse more. We don't have Puddin' in our arms just yet, and Anthony is more of a father than I could have dreamed of. I always knew he would be a wonderful father, just based on how he is with Jacob and Lexie, but still - it makes my heart swell at even the little things he does just to take care of me/us already. He works so hard, and puts everyone before himself - he is my role model most days.
We spent a quiet night in, with him cooking us his awesome fried pork chops. We could have gone anywhere to eat, but there is nothing better than his pork chops! I am becoming more and more content with just "being" at home, and I attribute this to being in such a happy place right now (usually, I get antsy and want to get out and go!)
I pray everyday for the chance to have a lifetime of these anniversaries...I don't know where I would be without this man!
